Sarah Parsons

Admitted as a lawyer in the High Court of South Africa in 2019, Sarah joined Vogt Legal in 2024, arriving with an impressive history in predominantly civil litigation and personal injury law,  as well as a broad exposure to many areas of law.  Sarah has been known in the South African legal fraternity for her dynamic and technical approach to litigation, as well as her solution-based attitude. 

Sarah began her legal career in 2017 by serving her articles at Viv Greene Attorneys and then by joining G Grobbelaar Incorporated, a respected personal injury firm, where she excelled in litigation by leading the civil litigation department and running various personal injury as well as other civil trials, gaining a strong reputation in the High Court in her jurisdiction. Sarah later moved in 2021 to one of South Africa’s top five personal injury firms where she holds the firm’s record for the highest general damages award representing clients including Discovery Health. 

Sarah is based remotely in the coastal town of Ballito, South Africa, and travells to Western Australia when necessary. Sarah works closely with Will Vogt and the other solicitors at Vogt Legal, assisting them in their cases with her expertise and adopting Will’s professionalism and formidable work ethic.  

Sarah lives life as an enthusiast and considers herself having mastered the art of couch golf and rugby commentary, finding joy in being on the beach and at Gurucat doing hot Bikram yoga.
